未来的智能印刷工程的工作流程!

智能印刷工厂是一个复杂而庞大的系统,主要由智能物流系统、企业管理软件、生产信息采集系统、智能生产设备、智能服务系统五大部分组成。通过各系统协同工作,构建功能完备、具有高度自动化的智能印刷工厂。在智能印刷工厂中,设备与设备互联、人与人互联、人与设备互联,即系统中的物理对象在信息系统进行通讯,并进行跨界信息交流。

  1.智能物流系统

  智能物流系统包括智能WMS(仓储管理系统)、外部物流、内部物流。外部物流接到生产企业的指令,进行生产材料的运输,在生产企业入库时,每个物料都会有自己的身份标识;内部物流的指令由ERP系统、MES(生产制造执行系统)发出,AGV智能小车依据指令将在不同加工状态下的物料准确运送到下一个加工点或返回上层工序。
  Intelligent logistics system includes intelligent WMS (warehouse management system), external logistics and internal logistics. External logistics receives instructions from manufacturing enterprises to transport production materials. Each material will have its own identity when the production enterprises enter the warehouse.   企业管理软件是智能印刷工厂的大脑。企业的资源调配、订单管理由ERP系统执行;订单的具体生产、设备的调配、每个生产单元(或智能设备)的能力管控及加工任务的分配则均由MES执行,MES会依据各生产单元的历史数据及生产单元自我分析、运行的数据做出判断。
  Enterprise management software is the brain of an intelligent printing factory. Enterprise resource allocation and order management are executed by ERP system; the specific production of orders, equipment allocation, capability control and processing task allocation of each production unit (or intelligent equipment) are executed by MES.   3.生产信息采集系统

  智能印刷工厂之所以只依靠人工监控就能实现自我运行,主要依赖于生产信息及时、准确的采集与传输。信息的采集方式有人工采集和自动采集,信息的载体有RFID天线、条码、二维码等,采集的信息可以在工业互联网中、准确地传输,不受地域限制。
  Intelligent printing factories can achieve self-operation only by manual monitoring, which mainly depends on timely and accurate collection and transmission of production information. Information acquisition methods include manual acquisition and automatic acquisition. Information carriers include RFID antenna, bar code, two-dimensional code and so on.   4.智能生产设备

  在智能印刷工厂中,印刷包装设备不再是或独立的主要生产设备,而是整个智能生产过程的一个环节。

  作为智能生产设备,印刷包装设备具备如下功能:全自动上下卷技术、全自动裁切技术、智能预套印技术、智能自动上下墨技术、智能自动清洗技术、智能数据管理技术以及与云服务中心对接的技术。此外,印刷包装设备还具备自我分析和诊断能力,其自身运行、订单完成及与下道工序的对接均通过MES控制,能自动读写并完成工艺参数的设定。因此,设备操作人员只是起到监督检查的作用,这样企业就可以减少50%的操作人员。

  随着工业4.0的逐步实施,印刷包装设备自身运行、订单完成及与下道工序的对接将不再直接通过MES控制,而是在设备之间就能实现,当设备之间的协调不能完全衔接时,才会自动切换到MES统一协调,方式可能是工厂内的,也可能是跨区域或跨的。
  With the gradual implementation of industry 4.0, the operation of printing and packaging equipment itself, the completion of orders and the connection with the next process will no longer be directly controlled by MES, but can be achieved between the equipment. When the coordination between the equipment can not be fully connected, it will automatically switch to the unified and coordinated solution of MES. The solution may be in the factory, or may be cross-regional or cross-national.
