印版种类白裂的补救措施

一、点式白化。主要原因进油墨体系对蜡类的表面活性剂类互溶性差造成的;其二是因为油墨结皮之后在印刷的过程中未被复溶而被转移到图文上。

1、 Point whitening. The main reason is the poor mutual solubility of wax surfactants in the ink system; The other is that the ink is transferred to the image and text because it is not re dissolved in the printing process.
处理的方法:应该加入芳烃或酯类真溶剂,促其再度溶解。或者在墨斗里安装一个搅拌器(如采用塑料管材,在其外部用未印刷的塑料薄膜套上,再将两头扎紧放在墨头里随机转动搅匀油墨),或者在油墨制造的时候增添抗氧剂处理。
Treatment method: aromatic hydrocarbon or ester true solvent should be added to promote its re dissolution. 二、点式白点。主要原因是油墨静电或者承印物静电造成的。或者因稀释溶剂产生的静电(因不同的溶剂其电阻也不尽相同)造成的。一般在气温高或者印刷速度快的时候发生。其次复膜的时候前紧后松或者前松后紧,而静电的引起常见于湿度大的天气。

处理的方法:可在油墨里适量的加大抗静电剂(过量则影响复合牢度),选择电阻比较小的溶剂稀释油墨,调整放、收接地导线(一般深度为700~1500mm)处理之。

三、裂纹式白化。主要原因一是油墨转移性能太差,二是印版图纹太浅而比较容易使油墨体系中的溶剂挥发太快。

一般印迹粗糙导致成膜不良,特别是油墨体系或者墨斗稀释剂的加入吸入了水分而出现的白化,大多出现在夏季车间湿度太高的环境中。
