In daily work, we should pay more attention to the disposal of texture on screen printers. When we assemble large formats of textured film, we should consider the request of overprinting when printing, and there should be some spare time between each couplet.
First, the tension of the screen should reach the request. Cloth pattern is an important application of screen printing in screen printing. This paper discusses some points needing attention when screen printing machine stops its work on cloth pattern. On the contrary, the number of meshes can be appropriately reduced to improve the handle. Finally, with regard to the dots with different number of screening lines, the exact exposure time can be measured by special test strips. After each exposure, careful records should be made to complete the data management, so that the future work can be based on. In addition, the thickness of photosensitive glue should be moderate to prevent the uneven thickness of the glue layer and bubbles on a screen plate, so as not to have a greater impact on the printing quality.
Regarding the lattice pattern products, if the matching of mesh number and screening line number is unfair, due to the limitation of the structure of the screen itself and the existing plate-making system, the tortoise pattern phenomenon which interferes with the image and text is presented casually. In the process of film pre-shrinking, using the previous "digging" method to improve the overprint will destroy the integrity of the picture and text, so we can only improve the overprint by using the method of single-link moving as a whole. Based on this, as the number of screening lines increases, the number of selected meshes should be increased accordingly to improve accuracy and reduce tortoise lines. The spare time will leave room for the later die-cutting process. Generally speaking, the tension of 300 mesh/inch wire mesh should be controlled between 20-23N/cm.
After repeated proofing and printing, on 300 mesh/inch silk screen, it can restrain 60 line/inch dots from producing tortoise lines by adjusting the angle of the plate. Because the textured film is different from the filled pattern. If the tension of screen plate is insufficient, a series of Title titles such as elongated impression, imprecise overprint and unstable color will appear in printing. Moreover, the higher the number of screening lines, the more precise the graphics and text, the higher the probability of producing tortoise lines.
