1、高温烘烤后油墨变色

印铁油墨属于热固化油墨,对其技术请求其中一条就是高温烘烤后颜色不变。但在实践消费中,有些色相的油墨经烘烤后还是或多或少有些变色,例如,白墨、冲淡墨以及用大量白墨、冲淡墨分配而成的墨等,这些油墨经屡次烘烤会发作黄变,特别是用大量冲淡剂分配出的专色墨,屡次烘烤后颜色变化会很大。例如,用大量冲淡剂参加蓝墨分配而成的浅蓝专,屡次烘烤后浅蓝专可能变成深蓝专。工艺筹划者在制定印刷工艺时就应该充沛思索,尽量把这些京屡次烘烤变色的油墨放在后印刷。

印刷后一道工序是上光油,上光油的目的一是为了维护图案,避免损伤;二是进步光泽度,增加美观。普通来说,印铁光油经高温烘烤后都会黄变,加之光油层对光的反射率变大,所以上光后油墨的颜色普通会比上光前亮些。但是有些光油含有增白剂,在光照下显蓝色,因而运用这种光油的产品上光后油墨颜色会比原来偏蓝,总体色相是油墨自身颜色与光油偏蓝色的叠加。

印铁金、银墨是由金、铝等金属粉末来显色的。其中印铁金墨是由经研磨加工的铜粉调制而成的印刷油墨;印铁银墨是由经研磨加工的铝粉调制而成的油墨。印铁金、银墨中金银粉的化学性能普通不够稳定,当遇到酸、碱、水汽、硫化物气体和碳酸气体时,就会产生化学反响,使印品墨色缺乏金属色泽。其中金属的变色规律是由金黄色变成棕红色,继而变成偏黑色。由于铜在初氧化时可生成红色氧化亚铜,进一步氧化后便变成黑色氧化铜;此外,金粉在含碳酸气较浓及湿气较大的工艺条件下,容易变成碱式碳酸铜,于是印品上的金墨遍逐步变暗。银墨变色之后则成偏灰色,缺乏银光金属质感。
